• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

• Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at an additional cost.

 

Domestic & International Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

• International shipping availability and rates vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.

 

Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at rinkdry@gmail.com with your order number.

• Rink Dry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Shipping Address Changes
